1. Introduction to soulShape Travel Journal
Hi there! Welcome to soulShape.
Thank you so much for visiting our Terms of Service
soulShape is a Non-Fungible Token (“NFT”) collection of 33 digital indigenous music documents on the Ethereum network.

Our website www.soulshape.co and its connected services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. By using this website you are accepting sole responsibility for any and all transactions involving soulShape digital music collectibles.
2. What We Own
The name and Intellectual Property involved in the soulShape Travel Journal NFT Project is owned by the Italian Benefit Company “soulShape SRLs SB” of p.iva IT 02856080425 Italy Inc. (“Company”).
All rights that are not specifically granted to the users and owners of soulShapeTJ below are reserved by the Company.
This includes but is not limited to the intellectual property rights surrounding the images, names, logos, 3D layer files, trademarks, the website, the ability to mint 3D or voxel or other versions of soulShapeTJ, the look and feel of the user interface, the smart contract code, or anything else not specifically granted by any following licenses.
3. What You Own and What You Can Do With It
By connecting your Ethereum wallet and minting an NFT via our website with our smart contract, you’ll purchase your very own soulShape Travel Journal(“soulShapeTJ”).
With this soulShapeTJ NFT you can do numerous different things.
You can sell it (on a platform like OpenSea).
You can make it your pfp (think Twitter, LinkedIn).
You can create art with your complete soulShapeTJ NFT.
You can even create and sell some sweet swag and merchandise with your soulShapeTJ NFT up to $50,000 through the sale of physical merch. Let’s partner up if you expect to sell more than this number. Please reach out to the Team and we’ll discuss a licensing deal above and beyond this number.
4. Details and Limits on Commercial and Derivative Rights
We appreciate your interest in being a part of our community and in using soulShapeTJ in various commercial ways. It would be amazing if you did do just that :)
When it comes to limiting commercial rights, however, we want you as an NFT holder to realize that you may only use the soulShapeTJ image in its fullness.
The unique and individual layered files and traits are proprietary to the Company and are the Founder’s creation.
We don’t want to see any other projects utilizing our individually crafted layers, so we are not open to you minting new NFTs that are derivatives of our project, change the original soulShapeTJ, or minting another full project using our project in any way.
Other than that, you can create whatever merchandise you would like up to $50,000 USD, and should you approach that number or expect to go beyond it please reach out to the Team and we’ll discuss a licensing deal for anything beyond that amount.
To limit the use even on merchandise, the user shall not use any GCF Licensed Materials in connection with any material, which is unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, abusive, hateful, offensive or otherwise objectionable or unreasonable or infringing upon any laws or regulations or intellectual property rights or proprietary rights or confidentiality obligations and you shall indemnify and defend 02856080425 Italy Inc. against any claims, damages, proceedings, loss or costs arising from such use. User shall not use the soulShapeTJ.
Licensed Materials in any way that could be construed as being adverse or derogatory to the image of soulShapeTJ or any of its subjects featured in the NFTs.
5. No Guarantees or Future Promises
The landscape around NFTs and various other things we are hoping to do is constantly evolving on a regular basis. When you purchase your soulShapeTJ, you agree that your purchase from our initial launch of NFTs is all you are guaranteed to receive in exchange for your funds.
Whether through primary or secondary channels, the art / music / sounds of this project is what you receive. Any future benefits are ancillary to this purchase and not to be taken into consideration with your initial purchase. You agree that you are not relying on any future commitments by the Company in using this site and participating in our NFT launch in 2023.
6. soulShapeTJ NFTs Are Not Intended as Investments
soulShapeTJ is meant to be a impact NFT for you to collect and share with the world. They were not conceived as nor are meant to be investment vehicles. We make absolutely no promise or guarantee that these NFTs will be worth anything more than what you and the market value the art and this project to be worth. It’s possible that the value is zero dollars or zero ETH. We will continue to work hard to build a meaningful community and strong brand that brings as much intangible value as we can :)
You understand that soulShapeTJ NFTs have no inherent monetary value, and they should be treated as nothing more than a digital collectible with potential future value or lack thereof.
7. Taxes
You are entirely responsible for any tax liability which may arise from minting or reselling your soulShapeTJ NFT.
8. Age
The soulShapeTJ NFT project is not targeted toward minors. You agree that you are over the age of 18, or above the legal age of your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
